Millie wrote for her local newspaper during high school and quickly fell in love with the written word. After graduating from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, she used her project management and writing skills to create and manage operational and marketing initiatives for businesses ranging from big box retailers to digital start-ups.   

Project coordination requires an awareness of not just tasks and deadlines, but of human needs. At Evolving Web, Millie ensures the success of internal and external projects through a blend of open communication, hard skills, and empathy.   

Outside of work, she writes fiction.
