Trained as both an Agile product owner and an Agile scrum master, Louise Ève has specialized in managing website redesigns and other web projects for the past seven years, working with renowned clients such as Cirque du Soleil, Fasken Martineau and the Montreal Chamber of Commerce.

The product owner’s role is to define the clients’ business needs and translate them into development requirements that can be prioritized and delivered. It’s a stimulating challenge, she says, because the client’s IT team isn’t always on the same page as its marketing team. “After years of working on these types of projects, I’ve come to understand both of their worlds, so I can help them come to a compromise,” she says, “and the end product is better for it.”
